4 WALKS IN NEWHALL:
Exercises in Type & Film

My thesis explored how typography can add narrative complexity to a film by creating 4 very short films based on the same story. In Film #2 "Intersection" graphic and typographic form intersect with the action in the film. I was interested in animating the type as an extension of the character's movements and in emphasizing the linearity of his path and line of thinking. (2008)
